Ricardo began his career in the humblest way possible — as a dishwasher in the UK — before travelling the world and working his way through kitchens across Europe, Australia, and South America. Every stop added new skills, new perspectives, and a deeper understanding of what truly makes a kitchen thrive.
Over the years, Ricardo rose from the bottom to leading entire operations, eventually owning multiple venues and building hospitality businesses beyond the kitchen. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance, he combines real financial intelligence with hands-on culinary experience — a combination almost unheard of in the industry.
His strength is taking complex kitchen systems, finances, and leadership principles and turning them into practical, simple frameworks that chefs can apply immediately. He has trained teams, rescued failing venues, built profitable menus, and coached countless chefs into leadership roles.
Everything inside Chefs Office Academy comes directly from real service, real challenges, and real wins — not theory.
