Financial Awareness and the Kitchen as a Business Engine. Read the lesson before you touch the workbook. It takes about forty minutes.
This is where the Academy earns its keep. If you do not have your figures yet, start asking for them this week. Every exercise can also be completed inside the Kitchen Lab if you need to.
You have access to all five modules, but they open in sequence rather than all at once. Each module builds directly on the one before it, and working them out of order would break that.

Bring the honest figures, including the ones that are worse than you expected. Those are the findings. That is where the money is.
Two to three hours a week is the realistic commitment: reading the lesson, then working the exercises. A module typically takes five to six weeks, which puts the full Academy at roughly six months.
There is no deadline and nothing expires. If a busy season takes you out for a month, the material waits.
At the end of each module there is an optional wrap-up session. It is genuinely optional, and the modules are built to be complete without it.
