Access and updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the module or modules you buy, including updates. A full Academy purchase includes all five modules. All purchased module content is available from day one, with no quiz locks or staged release.

Price and payment

Payment is a single, one-time charge in the currency selected at checkout. M1 costs AUD 149 or USD 105. Each of M2, M3, M4 and M5 costs AUD 249 or USD 175. The full Academy costs AUD 997 or USD 699. These are the total one-time prices.

Support and certificate

Email help is included for technical and course-access issues. Contact academy@chefsoffice.com.au for support. A certificate of completion is provided when you complete the course. It is a completion certificate and does not provide accreditation.

Seven day full refund

You can request a full refund within seven days of purchase. Your eligibility is not affected by accessing the course, completing any lessons or modules, or completing the course. Request your refund by email at academy@chefsoffice.com.au. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Purchase and marketing consent

Purchasing a course does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Any request to receive marketing emails is optional and separate from your purchase. Necessary payment, access and service messages remain separate from marketing.

Purchase specific precedence

For purchases of the new M1–M5 module offers and full Academy offer identified at this checkout, these offer-specific terms apply. If the June 2026 general terms conflict with these offer-specific terms on access, refunds or marketing consent, these offer-specific terms take precedence for this purchase. They do not change the terms of other offers or earlier purchases.
