A new week opens every seven days. That pace is deliberate. The material is built to be applied between shifts, not consumed in a weekend, and the chefs who get the most out of it are the ones who work one week properly before the next arrives.
Complete each week's workbook and submit it through your Academy portal. Submission is what unlocks the following week, and it is also what makes the optional wrap-up session at the end of the module actually useful.
Bring the honest figures, including the ones that are worse than you expected. Those are the findings. That is where the money is.
