Digital Products and Refund Policy

All digital products including ebooks and downloadable guides are delivered electronically upon purchase.

  • All sales are final once access or download is granted
  • No refunds are provided after delivery of digital products
  • If you experience technical access issues, contact us and support will be provided promptly
  • Unauthorised distribution, reproduction, or sharing of digital materials is strictly prohibited

If you have a technical issue preventing access to a product you have purchased, email us directly at chefsoffice.launch@gmail.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Program Enrolment and Refund Policy

The Business Minded Chef Program is a live, mentorship-based program delivered progressively over multiple weeks. Due to the nature of direct mentoring and cohort-based delivery, the following terms apply.

  • Payment is only processed after a confirmation call with Ricardo and mutual agreement to proceed
  • Once a module has commenced and materials have been delivered, that module fee is non-refundable
  • If you choose not to proceed to a subsequent module, no further charges apply
  • If exceptional circumstances arise before a module commences, contact us directly to discuss your situation

Each module is a separate investment. You are not locked into the full program at the point of Module 1 enrolment. Decisions to continue are made module by module.
