Do I have to buy all five modules?+
No. M1 is a standalone starting point. The Academy brings the five-module pathway together for chefs who want the wider development.
Is the Academy only for head chefs or owners?+
The learning is relevant to chefs developing toward more responsibility as well as those already leading teams. Your experience and the work you put into applying the ideas will shape what you take from it.
How do I choose between the book and the Academy?+
Start with the book for the wider perspective. Choose M1 when you want structured practice with the financial foundations. The Academy broadens the learning into menus, systems, people and career decisions.
When can I access the learning?+
You get full access to the module you purchase from day one. The Academy bundle includes all five purchased modules. Quizzes guide your learning; they do not lock paid content.
How long do I keep access?+
Lifetime access includes updates to the content you purchased. It does not include future standalone modules outside your purchase.
What help and certificate are included?+
Email academy@chefsoffice.com.au for technical or access help. There are no compulsory one-to-one calls or manually marked submissions. A completion certificate recognises completion of the learning; it is not an accredited qualification.
Where are my workbook answers saved?+
Systeme manages your login, purchased-course access and official course completion. Workbook answers are saved on your device, in the browser profile you use. They do not automatically sync between browsers or devices. To move them, export a backup file and restore it in the other browser.
Back up your answers before changing devices or clearing browser data. On a shared device, someone with access to the same browser profile could read them. Logging out does not delete saved workbook answers.
Is there a refund guarantee?+
You can request a full refund within seven days of purchase for a new module or the Academy bundle by emailing academy@chefsoffice.com.au. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Will this change an existing student’s arrangement?+
Existing students retain their current access and agreed support. Contact the Academy about your existing enrolment before purchasing overlapping learning.
